Meet Chris
Chris has worked as a professional within the construction industry since 1998. In 2003 he began to focus on the Building Surveying sector, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of good building practices, historic and modern construction methods, legislation, regulations as well as Construction Contract Law. Chris gained an Honours Degree in Building Surveying in 2007, became a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was awarded his Building Surveying Chartership in 2010. Understanding how a building is constructed is essential in accurately diagnosing a building defect, as well as ensuring potential defects are designed out during the construction project.
Since Chartership, Chris has soley worked within construction design based surveying practices. Chris has repeatedly assisted and advised Clients on efficient design, allowing them to fully realise their project whilst minimising unnecessary cost and construction delays.
